How Individual Registration Works 

Step 1: Select Tickets

Choose the number of tickets you need, including seats for yourself and any guests.

Step 2: Checkout

At checkout, you'll only need to provide:

• Your contact information

• Your group or table name

• The number of tickets you’re purchasing

You do not need to enter guest names at this point.

Step 3: Receive RSVP Link

After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with an RSVP link.

Step 4: Submit Guest Information

Before September 19th, use the RSVP link to:

• Enter names and details for your guests

• Or share the link with your guests so they can submit their own information

Alternative Option: Email Guest Info

If you prefer, you can email your guests’ details directly. Please include for each guest:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Organization (if applicable)

• Meal Choice (Salmon, Chicken, or Vegetarian)
