How to Register Your Organization

Thank you for your interest in supporting our upcoming fundraiser through sponsorship.

Follow these steps to register your organization:

Step 1: Choose a Sponsorship Package

Select the sponsorship level that best fits your organization’s goals and budget.

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

At checkout, you'll be asked to provide:

• Your organization’s contact information

• Your group or table name (if applicable)

You do not need to provide guest names during registration.

Step 3: Confirmation & RSVP Link

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with an RSVP link.

Step 4: Submit Guest Information (by September 19th)

Use the RSVP link to enter guest details at any time before September 19th.
You can also share the link with your guests so they can fill in their own information.

Alternative: Email Guest Information

If preferred, you may email your guest list directly. For each guest, include:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Organization (if different from yours)

• Meal Choice (Salmon, Chicken, or Vegetarian)
